AN ORDINANCE TO IMPROVE THE FINANCIAL VIABILITY OF THE CITY PUBLIC MARKET SYSTEM BY SETTING NEW RENTAL RATES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE AWARDING OF MARKET BOOTHS AND STALLS.

BE ENACTED by the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod of Escalante, Province of Negros Occidental;

SECTION 1. There is hereby setting of new rental rates of booths and stalls of the renovated city public market including the portion to be improved, scheduled as follows:
