Escalante has one main power baseload, Victorias Rural Electrification
Service Cooperative (VRESCO). The energy source provides the city
with 220V AC electricity at stable load.
Potable water is available through the services of Balintawak Escalante
Water District (BEWA).
The road and bridge system is undergoing continuous upgrade.
